  Cabin was clean and well maintained. Perfect location, right around the corner from everything but still off the main road and very private. The hot tub and pool were a great way to relax after a busy day. Had one question and Gary the host quickly responded and took care of it.

  Location was great with ample parking. We were able to fit a three full size vehicles in the driveway. If the drive leading up to the house is in the slightest bit icy, I feel like it would be an issue if you didn't have the proper car/tires. When we arrived, we noticed that there were linens missing despite a notice stating that linens would be left on each pull-out/futon. The remote controls all had dead batteries. We called the property manager about both issues, & someone brought sheets and batteries right away. The multicade was a huge hit for the kids, ages 5 & 8. My biggest complaint was the linens on the actual beds, they were thin & worn. Some pillowcases didn't even fit the bigger pillows. Opened the sofa on the main floor to put sheets on the mattress, we discovered that the sheets had been left on from a previous guest, & they were extremely dirty & hairy, perhaps from a dog. That sofa was older & needs replacing, as there is no support in the cushions. The towels could also be replaced. The shower curtains were slightly moldy. A lot of light bulbs were burned out. The outdoor seating was also dirty. We tried turning on the fire pit, but it wouldn't stay lit. The futon on the bottom floor was disgusting, as it had white stains on both sides. There was also a big difference in the temperature on the 2nd floor. Even with the additional fans on in the bedroom, & turning off the heat completely, it was still hot up there. The pool was great, it was set at 84 degrees.

  VERY Poorly maintained. Was not cleaned well at all upon arrival. Pull out couches dirty w crumbs/candy wrappers. Candy wrappers in bedroom #2 closet.Beer can under bedroom 1 bed.Dirt/hair/trash under everything, floors dirty.Washing machine disgusting/dirty with animal hair.Moldy shower curtain.Kitchen Counter had a powdery cleaner caked on it Dirty trash can lid. ONE TRASH BAG for a 5 night stay. Not enough toilet paper for a 5 night stay. Dishwasher pods not supplied enough for a 5 night stay. Kitchen could use some updated pots/pans/utensils. We made through but definitely bottom of the barrel things.There’s a grill outside, it was disgusting. We had to buy propane. Outside fireplace and almost all outside lights non working. Hot tub old, outdated, jets barely work/not adjustable, lights do not work. Pool area needs TLC. Just overall NOT expected for the price we paid and the pictures that are available for booking. Contacted host about a few things and did not seem to really care about our experience being improved. One positive is the location. Literally 2 minutes from pigeon forge fun. Easy to get to. I read all reviews before booking and could not believe after our stay that there were any decent ones. Very disappointed in picking this cabin for our vacation. But based off reviews and the obviously out dated pictures, I can’t really blame myself. If the cost was less, I could maybe give more stars. But we paid a lot of money for a very ran down cabin.
