Filthy Place
1/5 Condo looks like it hadn't been cleaned in 6 months or longer! We sat down on the sofa and were greeted with two large clumps of pet hair on the back of sofa. We own pets and had our small Yorkie with us and he began barking at something under the bed. I looked and there was a large dog bone... I took the broom to remove it and oh boy! You would not believe what I pulled from under the bed, fur,lint,hair,dust,dirt you name it. We rented for three nights. The first morning we all woke up with respiratory/sinus issues! We never did figure out what was causing our eyes to burn! My son ended up throwing his bed linens in the washer because they had so much human and pet hair on them that he refused to sleep on them. To cap this part off, he and his family ended up leaving a day early as he could not stop sneezing and coughing! You may think I'm exaggerating, but this is the truth! We have pictures. There's more,but I will stop here and let my wife chime in.
We have stayed at pet friendly rentals before. The standard for cleanliness is still the same as if you are renting with no pets. This condo rental was not to standard by a long stretch! My husband listed a few issues and I have pictures of above and more. I will provide pictures to the owner at request!
My sons room had human hair in the sheets as well as pet hair. The sheets were washed with hot water at about 11:PM at night. The condo had no laundry soap, no dishwasher pods, very few wash clothes. Contact me, please!

Perfect Pigeon Forge Retreat
5/5 Best location we’ve ever stayed at on our many visits to the area. Great condo for our needs. Will be our “go to” for future trips whenever it’s available.

4/5 The place was gorgeous. Our only complaint was the tv in the bed room facing the swimming pool would not work. Kept saying no internet. The others worked. And the sign that WiFi code had nothing on it. We would probably stay there again.

5/5 We were in town for GSMJI and this condo was THE PERFECT location!! The condo was very clean and pet friendly. Beds are just OK, but the water pressure is phenomenal!! Will stay again!!
