5/5 Cutest studio apartment EVER!!! It’s close enough to Broadway, the Gulch and 12S that Ubers were very cheap and driving was easy when we chose to drive on our own. The apartment is spacious, clean, cozy, updated and well maintained. It was so perfect for the two of us! The owner is beyond helpful and friendly if you need anything. And there’s a speakeasy in the basement that had live music and amazing drinks. Highly recommend this place! 15/10!

Nice place
4/5 We enjoyed the unit, it had everything we needed. It was a little noisy when people were coming and going but not enough to really bother us. We cooked a little to save money and the kitchen had everything we needed. The pool area was nice although the pool is not maintained. Great area to watch a game.
