I love the interior of this house. It was three bedroom with two baths which helped out for me and my significant other to each have our own space. It did turn cold while we were in Memphis, but the heater worked phenomenally. I love that it had a Keurig coffee maker since I’m a coffee drinker in a cute kitchen that provided everything we needed as far as utensils, pots & plates. Having TVs in the rooms was nice and Wifi. It was close to Graceland, which was the main attraction I was attending. It was extremely close to Beale Street, which was another attraction that we saw and enjoyed.
Hi Delaine,
I am glad the home met your needs. Please consider stopping in again if ever you return to the city.
Great stay!

It was difficult to park and pull out of the driveway with cars whizzing by. Both the tub and the shower had drainage problems and there was rotten food in a basket on the kitchen counter. Also, there were two big bottles of laundry detergent but they were both empty and there were no dryer sheets so we had to buy our own. The manager was great with communication but very weird about the garbage even though our garbage was going to stay in the big trash cans for a couple of days until garbage day after we checked out. I dont understand why we get a binder telling us to do all of these things, like roll up our bedding so they can wash it and take the trash out before we leave when all of that is supposed to be included. I was on vacation, not paying for the use of a house to have to still work.

The house was exactly how it was described online. The street was very busy ( also disclosed online) but easy to manage once the traffic light turns red. The only not so good thing was the internet wasn't very good. The TV(s) kept freezing up and our phones were slow. The backyard is beautiful. I loved that they had a doggie water dish out for my fur babies.

Hi Jeannine,
I am glad you and your group enjoyed the space. Thanks for the notice about the WIFI, the internet has been adjusted to a better speed. Come back to visit soon!
It was a nice range home that was cozy. I really like how comfortable the bed was also. There was 2 bathrooms which was really nice.
