The cabin itself was very nice. The kitchen was not super well stocked and could benefit from a flat sheet pan being added to the cookware. We managed to get by with what was there though. Both living spaces were well set up and the TVs were easy to figure out. The beds were very comfortable. We did have to bring our own pack and play for the babies but that's typical. The hot tub worked great and the sitting areas on the decks were great as well. We didn't end up using the charcoal grill as it just looked like it was in rough shape. It wasn't a deal breaker at all.
The toughest part was the driveway. We have a 12 passenger lifted van and I underestimated what steep meant in the description. We still managed to bottom out going up each time and the turn in the middle is sharp enough that we had to back up while on the hill. Going down was even more sketchy. If we didn't have so many little kids we would've probably parked it at the middle point. A lot of held breaths got us down each day but I admit the angle of the drive with our particular van made it so we almost lost the van over the edge each time we left.
There were also construction crews building houses at the bottom that blocked some of the driveway which made an already tough driveway even harder to manage. I can't imagine how that driveway could be fixed though. All of that to say just be aware if you have a rear wheel drive vehicle .
Beautiful home and great floor plan

Very nice canin
What a lovely home away from home. Everything was extermely clean and appointed. The home is upkept and a great layout to host couples or a family. The views from the porches are great with a lot of wildlife to keep you entertained. The driveway is tricky the first couple of times but then you get the hang of it! Would reserve this home again.
Great cabin with plenty of room for three adults and three children. Well stocked kitchen. Easy drive to trails and downtown Gatlinburg. Great sunset views.
