4/5 Nice appartment, great location, and more economical for events in Deadwood. Convienent 24 hour Gas Station next door, very friendly staff. Wish there was a scheduled shuttle since it's only 3 miles away.

5/5 Clean and quiet! Close to food and drink! Great of street parking! Easy check in and out, no issues!

Late July visit
5/5 Nice apartment, great location in Lead and close to Deadwood. Was hot first day and air conditioning really couldn’t cool but there were fans to help. A few windows didn’t lock so a little concerned there. Price was great for space.
