• Dirty-Neglected-Overpriced

  Paid for 3 week family vacation and had to move as soon as we located another place, 9 days later with 5 bedrooms. Not soon enough.

  Bedding on main level had dirty linen and long dark hair on the pillow. The sliding door on main level had no blinds and was in direct view of the neighboring driveway and their front entrance. No privacy. The carpeting was severely soiled, stained and spotted in every room and the carpeted stairs had almost black soiling in the middle of them. The furniture was soiled and stained. We put blankets to cover the furniture to sit. We did not use some of the furniture. When walking barefoot across the rugs or carpeting the bottom of our feet were dark brown/black. One tub was unusable due to lack of draining. I forwarded pictures and videos to the management company and they were appalled saying this was below their standards. I was issued a refund for the cleaning costs paid at booking by the management team. They found us another place that is amazing!

  We offered tο leave for the day and have the furniture and carpeting, rugs cleaned and furniture covered until dry the next day. However, the owner said this was normal wear and refused to have anything cleaned. Incredible!

  On the positive side, the house has great sunlight during the day. Kitchen is well stocked. Many items available for beach use.

As a new owner of the property (just purchased less than 30 days ago), we truly appreciate constructive communication to assist us in making the house the best it can be. When we purchased the house, these summer rentals were already scheduled and back to back, not allowing us any time to make any updates or changes, including a deep clean of all carpets and furniture. Once the season has concluded in a few weeks, we will be renovating the space to include all LVP flooring, new furniture, and adding custom blinds to the downstairs sliders. I am thankful you were able to find acceptable accommodations to finish out your vacation in South Carolina.

  This property looks great and is very roomy.Had issues with the HVAC and dishwasher; however, owners sent a service tech and maintenance.

  A great house for 5 families to be together. Very clean and well equipped with what we needed. The host was very attentive and helpful. Great community and location. I would definitely stay there again.

• Clean & Comfortable house for large families

  We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We came on an extended family vacation with 4 couples/families. There was plenty of room and we enjoyed all of the amenities provided such as the stocked kitchen where we cooked all of our meals. The garage area and all the extra beach items were so helpful. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. We loved that it was gated and required keycard access. The pools and kiddie water play areas were nice for the large age range we traveled with. The beach was never too crowded. Every interaction we had with the owners were nice. We had a very pleasant time.
