- The property is located in Keowee Key, a gated community. You will receive a welcome packet at the south entrance gate that includes car decals for accessing each entrance to the community

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code is 7368
- Before arrival, please complete the STR form at the bottom of this email and return it to the Guest Contact at least 24 hours prior to arrival. If the form is not provided 24 hours prior to arrival, there is a $50 fee. The Guest Contact will use the form to enter your information into the community's Visitor Management system on your behalf
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 PM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

INTERNET INSTRUCTIONS:
- Instructions for connecting to the wireless internet network can be found inside the unit upon arrival

- Information regarding accessing the community amenities can be found in the welcome packet provided at the south gate entrance and in the Welcome Book inside the unit

- 2 vehicles can be parked in the designated parking spaces by the sidewalk in front of the unit
