Some small hiccups when signing in. Didn’t know we needed a parking pass until we were in the garage. Front desk told us they were in our condo. Had to search for them. Other than that issue everything was great. Site and room were clean. Staff very friendly. We plan on returning

First, I would say the one good thing about this place was that it was oceanview. That would be good enough for most people who’s in and out. Cleanliness and comfortability is what important to me. The first turn off was the old carpet smell that hits you when you first walk in. The carpet looks like it may be the original carpet put in the there from the beginning of time. The balcony could use better furniture- something more sturdier would be nice. The place could use nicer furniture, it’s outdated. The sleeper sofa is squeaky and the cushion is worn. The bathroom has an old Hamilton beach blow dryer on the wall, that’s dated. Most people are going to bring their own anyway. Also, no complimentary handsoap-you have to bring or buy your own. The kitchen was supposed to have starter dishsoap
& sponge but there was none. We had to buy our own, no dishwasher. However, there is a nice fridge and flat top stove. The bedroom can use some blinds; can’t leave the curtain wide open-especially when people walking by can look right in. The bedroom lamps need dimmable light bulbs from Lowe’s for the dimmable lamps- it’s that simple. Otherwise, the lights will just flicker all the time. The heat/air works but something seems to be stuck bc there is a constant blowing sound and it’s loud. The bed slept good, mattress is on the firm side. Oh, put a towel down at the front door, it whistles badly with heavy winds. The elevator breaking down seems to be a constant issue there-Tower One.

From the Owner: "Hi Latonya, I am the new owner of the unit as of August 2024. I appreciate the feedback and info I need to know to make things better in the condo. Thanks to guests like you, I have updated the condo and made the necessary changes you have suggested. I stripped out the carpet and installed new flooring (so you should not get that smell). I also have a new updated couch that turns into a queen-sized bed. I also have a new toilet with a new vanity in the bathroom. I also have my own team in charge of soap, etc. They always make sure that guests like you have what you need. Latonya I invite you to come see the new pictures on the site when you get a chance. Thanks again for your suggestions and have a nice day."
The room smelled like cigarette smoke. Went to the store first thing to get some Febreeze. The room was nice but all you smelled was Marijuana. One night me and my wife came back from a show and the smell was so strong, not just outside the room but it smelled like it had been smoked in the room. I guess it had been sucked in by ventilation or something.

The view was spectacular!!! The room was clean except for a chair that looked like milk had been spilled on it and never cleaned. As others have said it definitely needs updating. The king size bed was very comfortable. The write up says there is a pullout couch in the bedroom and that is not the case. There is a pullout couch in the living room and a pull down bed in the wall. Since there were just two of us we didn’t try them so don’t know how they are. Also showed two chairs in the LR but there was only one. As long as you don’t want to do any major cooking there are enough pots and pans and such. Plates and bowls for 8.
The BIGGEST issue is the refrigerator. It is so LOUD that we were not able to sleep the whole time we were there. It really needs to be replaced. It is also missing the glass shelf over top the crispers so you loose storage space.
The sliding glass door would not lock when we got there. I called and left a message as of course they were closed but they were there the next day and fixed it.
Overall I would give this 3 stars. There is a lot of cosmetic work that needs to be done and for the money I paid for just 4 nights I think was a little much.

-In response to your concerns, we have taken immediate action to address the issues with the kitchen appliances. The reported noises from the refrigerator have been resolved with the installation of a brand-new refrigerator, stove, and microwave oven. Additionally, while we are currently on-site, we do not observe any stains on the chairs. To ensure we address this matter appropriately, we kindly request further details regarding the specific chair in question.
-We regret to inform you that two chairs in the living room had sustained damage from previous guests, leading us to replace them with a single, higher-quality chair. Furthermore, due to safety concerns, an ottoman in the bedroom was removed. We are in the process of coordinating with Evolve to update both the photos and the description of the property to ensure accuracy for future guests.
We genuinely hope that you will consider returning to our accommodations in the future to enjoy these improvements. Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us, and we value the opportunity to enhance your experience.
The listing for Baywatch is inaccurate. The people who work the front desk are rude. Evolve is not very helpful and Vereen Services are managing a bad property. It would be best if you went somewhere else.
