Beautiful home with all the comforts!
5/5 We LOVED our time at the Antler house. It had everything we needed and plenty of space to spread out for our whole family. I enjoyed making meals in the open kitchen while catching up with family in the living room. The master and loft had extra space to stretch out in the morning and evenings which was perfect for us during our downtime. Each room had a comfy bed and everything we needed to feel at home.
There is the cutest Bar/Dog park across the street called the broken leash. We literally walked outside, crossed the street and walked up to the space in less than 2 minutes. We did not bring dogs with us but walked over the check it out anyhow. It was awesome! Great selection of craft beer and spritzers and we loved the laid back vibe of sitting outside and watching the dogs run and play. Heads up if you do bring dogs to check out their website, you have to register the dogs before and pay a $10 park fee for the dogs entrance. (Not needed if you do not have a dog). They do not have a restaurant there so definitely plan to eat before or after!
We drove down to folly beach one morning and then spent the afternoon around the pool in the backyard. There are curtains you can use for privacy and umbrellas for some shade! With those up it felt like a private resort!
The next day we went downtown for the evening and had a wonderful dinner and walked around King street. It was really easy to get on 26 from the home and shoot right down to the city. It took us about 25 minutes. It was nice being able to visit and then be somewhere out of the hustle and bustle and more affordable/private.
The neighborhood is extremely quiet and felt really safe. Definitely recommend and will be returning!
