Cautionary tale_guest beware
2/5 So my family & I experience was not great. While the amenities and the general ambience of the facility was good, but what lied beneath, in particular, the bed bugs we encountered (and the persuant bites on several bodies) made for a stay worthy of a 2 rating. The Caution I present to you is that our stay was back in Nov. At Thanksgiving 2025. On night 2 our son flicked something off of himself and took video of some bug. As we were not familiar... never having delt with bed bugs before, we dismissed the encounter [we didn't GET OUT] looking forward to black Fri. Well by Sat. bumps on his body began to show, so my son left the day bed area and He went back to sleeping on the couch. Again we didn't GET OUT. We figured we had one more day, why move now, we'll notify the establishment (which we notified the guest host on Sun) and they will verify and do right by us... listen if you encounter bugs on the bed in this or any other unit-- GET OUT. By 12/3 my son had more bumps on: neck , arm, legs etc. Other family members were sending us pictures of their bites. We sprayed and steamed and washed everything. Told our son to stay on campus and he'd better use that calami lotion and wash all his stuff too. And as far the establishment & their response...no comment. I wish the guest host would have told us to GET OUT too.
Great condo
5/5 This is a great condo, lots of space for a family of 4. A secure neiborhood and 20 minutes walk to the beach. We had a great time. I highly recommend this rental!
5/5 Stay was excellent. Condo was clean. Best off all we got to take our Birdie Mae! Yes we will stay again!
