Nice Place Near Broadway at the Beach
4/5 Overall, the property was a nice place to stay. Great location, near Broadway at the Beach. The unit is on the first floor, which has it's positives and negatives. We brought our dogs, so taking them out was a breeze since the back patio opened directly onto the communal green space. The main downside to being on the first floor is you can hear whenever the neighbors in the unit above walk anywhere in the unit (floor boards above creak with every step). Overall, it was a comfortable stay.

4/5 We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean to the eye but when you looked in corners or under carpets it was dirty. The screen to the balcony didn’t work & both toilet seats were broken (the hinges were broken so the seat slid side to side). The power went out & knocked the cable tv out. We did call Sean about this but the cable never came back on, luckily he had fire sticks on the tv. All in all it was a nice condo & we wood revisit.
