This condo is so colorful and cutely decorated. The first floor location near the guard gate is great. Loved all the kitty cats from the cat sanctuary. The grounds are lovely. There 5 of us, and there were plenty of bath linens for the three nights we were there.

The condo is conveniently located and an easy walk to the beach. The pools in the community are clean and have plenty of seating. The beach access is good and our family really did enjoy the beach in this area. Some families, particularly those with very small children, might not love the rocky shoreline and extreme high/low tide changes. Our nature-loving, shell-hunting kids loved it, though.
I am giving the condo three stars because it desperately needs a deep cleaning and updating. The pictures make the place look absolutely adorable and it does have great potential. I will preface my assessment with the fact that we did not call/reach out to the owners. I do not like to bother with things that I can survive when I am on vacation so I did not find it necessary to reach out. My review is simply for other potential renters to know what they are going to get when they arrive. The unit is pretty disgusting. There are cobwebs/filth all around the door and windows as you approach the unit. There is a thick layer of grime and filth in/on every vent. The refrigerator was quite dirty. There is haphazard painting/repairs throughout the unit and the carpet and sofa really need to be replaced. The lighting in the unit is absolutely terrible, so much so that we had to leave the front and back doors open in order to see well. All it would take is a few brighter bulbs and maybe another lamp or two. I would give the kitchen about a 4 - it is somewhat stocked, but not well (no cheese slicer/no hand soap/less than a full roll of paper towels/etc). One of the most annoying things about the unit is that there were absolutely no standard supplies available. We were left with a total of about 1/2 roll of paper towels and one roll of toilet paper between two bathrooms. There were six in our group and this was established upon booking. Fortunately, I brought a roll of TP as well as a roll of paper towels, otherwise we would have run out on the first day. There were soap dispensers in both bathrooms and the kitchen, but there wasn't enough soap in any of them to even wash one's hands a single time. There was one trash bag (the one in the can) for the kitchen. By no means would I expect an entire box of trash bags or an entirely full soap dispenser and tons of paper towels/toilet paper, but enough to get through a day or two is expected when you rent a condo for a family of six. We can and did survive and enjoyed our stay, but we found the lack of standard necessities to be just another area where corners seemed to have been cut. We would not return to this particular unit, but the property is just fine.
