  We selected this unit based on having an indoor hot-tub and swimming pool in the resort as it was February. Has some initial issues inside condo that were quickly resolved by the owner. Owner was quick with communication to resolve issues.

  February is a off-season month and the resort was performing maintenance that did create some inconvenience for us. They were painting the outside of the building, repairing the floor by the elevator, and the hot tub broke two times for a couple days each time. These were resort issues and not condo issues, and should be temporary.

  The was in the building with the pool, game room, and gym, so it can get noisy at times. This 4th floor condo has two bedrooms and two baths, living room, and kitchen with dining table. The living room had a couch and two reclining chairs. Bedrooms had smaller TVs. One bedroom had a full bed and bunk beds.

  There are 4 buildings each with a different center area containing tennis courts/pickleball, indoor pool, hot tub, gym, very small game room, steam and sauna, outdoor pools, and snack-bar (seasonal). The 10 minute walk to the beach is on a boardwalk over the marsh. At the end of the boardwalk is a outdoor bar (seasonal) called Coco's.

  We’ve stayed at this resort for several years, always in different condos. The location of this unit is the third building back from the beach which we knew going into it, but if you’re not up for the extra walk it is something to consider. Also, the unit itself needed a deep clean. It was tidy and had been cleaned in a typical “turnover” manner which is expected. However window blinds/ air exchangers etc were really dirty, etc. in addition if you are sensitive to mold, use caution and check with owner as we saw several mold spots on the ceiling just outside of the condo (this condo is located in the indoor pool, so it’s obviously exposed to moisture etc.)

  From the Owner: "Thank you for sharing your feedback, and I sincerely apologize if the condo was not cleaned to your satisfaction. It has been an unusually busy and hot, humid summer, which unfortunately led to some dirt and debris buildup in certain areas.
  
  After your departure, we had a professional duct cleaning company service all the ductwork and vents, and a painting crew refreshed the ceiling areas that needed attention. No mold was found only dirt buildup.

• Great winter get away

  This place was perfect for a quick winter get away. We loved the access to the beach and enjoyed daily walks on the sand. We also took advantage of the pickleball courts and indoor pool. It was a great location and price for my family of five. We would definitely stay here again! The host was easy to communicate with and the staff at the front gate were very friendly as we came and went each day of our stay.
