  We experienced dirty sheets, which we noticed upon arrival, washed ourselves and got the stains out. We then noticed there were stains on the other two beds in the condo. We realized on our second to last day that none of the sheets on the beds were visibly clean as we looked closer.

  There was also mold in the washing machine. We also noticed a bad smell coming from the dishwasher on our last day and realized there was a kitchen utensil inside completely covered with mold. It was absolutely disgusting and looked like it had been there for months.

  The bathrooms were not in the cleanest condition either - feces were visible along the back of the toilet upon arrival.

The property manager has addressed these concerns with the cleaning team by replacing linens and towels as needed, implementing a detailed cleaning checklist, and adding photo documentation during final inspections to help ensure the home is thoroughly prepared for each guest’s arrival. The team also remains available 24/7 during stays and encourages guests to report any issues right away so they can be addressed as quickly as possible.   This condo had everything we needed-from kitchen supplies to beach cart and skimboards. We loved catching the free trolley at The Bank and it was like having our own personal tour guide around the island!
