Hilton Head Island Condo Review
4/5 The unit interior was nicely remodeled, with full furnishings and all necessary facilities. The enclosed courtyard was not well maintained. You need to know how to operate the smart living room TV, where we never figured out how to get standard channels like NBC and ESPN.

3/5 This was an older but updated unit in a nice location. We did have several issues- parking was difficult, trash from previous renters was piled up outside in the storage area and not completely picked up which then filled with rain as there was no cover, back patio was not maintained, and the a/c barely worked. It never shut off and the unit would reach 78 degrees during the day when the thermostat was set to 68 degrees. The floor looked clean but was quite dirty, and we did not feel comfortable using the washing machine as there were spots and/or mold on the inside seal. Not enough community information was given regarding amenities or restrictions. Overall these issues made the stay less than what it could have been. We did reach out to the property manager with mixed success. With better maintenence and communication, this would be a good unit as the location is mid-island with good proximity to the beach, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen and bath were nice, and the size was perfect. A welcome book with pertinent information and more attention to cleanliness would make this a great place to stay.

Fantastic Stay
5/5 Location was fantastic! On property amenities were great. Access to bike rentals and kayaks (which we did) is within walking distance 11 minutes. General store across the street from the bike rental is very well stocked and the deli’s fried chicken was amazing! Coligney Beach is 15-20 minute car drive. Old Bluffton is a must see. This place is central to everything.
Great stay
4/5 Great location, great home, comfortable, beautiful area. Make sure you get a parking pass immediately before one of the neighbors call and you get a ticket!!
