3/5 The condo facilities were kept beautiful and it was peaceful. We enjoyed that it was just a few minute walk to the beach and an easy 15-20 minute drive to grab dinner or go shopping. This is silly but I missed not having the guest book to read and hear about all the favorite places people had gone to. Maybe a suggestion for the future:)

- We previously had a collection of guest resources at the property, including a notebook and brochures with recommendations from past visitors. During a recent visit, we discovered that all of it was missing, which was unexpected. We're currently working on restocking these materials for future guests to enjoy.

The place was nice & clean & we had no issues with checking in. We loved that we were able to easily walk or drive to the beach or pool. The resort had activities for everyone during our stay including a poolside movie night. My kids also really enjoyed having the large playground right outside our building! We would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing beach vacation
5/5 Great apartment! Has everything you need for a family getaway. Fully equipped kitchen, beach gear, and walking distance to the beach and pool.
Second Time Around
5/5 This is our second time staying here and both times we have enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and exactly like pictures and description. My only wish is that it wasn’t on the third floor but hey, I got my leg workout each day We will definitely be staying again when we return to Hilton Head Beach and Tennis.

There are advantages to be an end unit and on the third floor. You have an extra window which let’s more light in and you have no one above you.
So, normally it is pretty quiet, which we really enjoy.
