  The house was super nice and well thought out. You could tell the owner wants to have a good experience for you. The kitchen was stocked on utensils and kitchenware. The beds were comfortable and had extra pillows and blankets. The bathroom had soap shampoo and extra towels. The neighborhood looked kind of rough but we had no noise issues or disturbances. We had an issue with the key but the owner was quite to respond and had a back up solution immediately. The backyard set up was beautiful. I have 0 complaints for this property or manager.

  It was the best VRBO I've ever stayed in. Spotless, and decorated in such a beautiful way. The swings on the front porch were our favorite place to be. The view from the porch was amazing. -The old mill, the ballfield, where "shoeless Joe Jackson" got his start . The beautiful unusual grove of trees. Avery special place!

  House is beautifully remodelled. Owner thought of everything. Backyard is lovely.Other houses in neighborhood not as well-maintained. Very close to west Greenville restaurants, short drive to downtown. We’ll book again!

  Dirty floors & dirty a/c Vents Ant issue throughout unit Expired coffee pods & creamersTrash in flower beds Soiled & mildew furniture in cabana Location in Burea not Greenville. Not safe environment

  - An exterminator was sent promptly after the ant issue was reported, and since my personal contact information was provided, I would have been glad to address any additional concerns during your stay.
  - The property is located in Greenville County, about six minutes from downtown Greenville by car, rather than in Berea.
  - Since this is the first time I’ve heard concerns about guests feeling unsafe in the area, I was surprised to hear you felt that way while also staying through your full reservation.
