5/5 This house was so perfect for our long weekend. My family was here for December graduation from URI. The beds were comfortable and the house very spacious and clean. We had a little trouble with the lock on the door but the evolve company and owner were extremely responsive and fixed it right away. I would definitely rent this property again if needed to. My only suggestion would be to change the curtain in the master bedroom bathroom to not be sheer and for the WiFi password to be more visible. It took us awhile to find it. Our stay was fantastic!

3/5 5/5 House was great but very musty smell in the lower level. My friend only was staying one night so he slept with the window open to air out the smell. Other then that no issues and we’re very happy.

5/5 Loved the house— Large and spacious. Beds were very clean and lots of towels and extra blankets. One problem was that if you are in the master bath and someone comes up the front stairs they can see anyone in the bathroom/shower because the window treatment is so thin—Same with the bedroom window treatments. The Wi-Fi was not working for the most part. Almost impossible to watch a show. We did not call to see if that could have been resolved while we were there. If you are sensitive to smells, the basement (lower level) smells musty. Overall our family of 10 had a wonderful time and would return. Great location…many attractions in the area.
