  Overall not bad just wish there was a coffee machine, utensils, and more blankets. Also wish they would have had a broom to sweep. Floor not too clean. Missing additional toilet paper.

  This house is very cute and well decorated. Although one of the toilets had urine all over it when we arrived. There is no coffee pot or toaster like the listing says there is. When I went to take a shower I realized there was no hot water. There is a walk out basement and the lock on the door going outside does not work. Anyone could walk in the house at any point through the basement door. The front door is also difficult to get into. I contacted the managed and have yet to hear anything back. The owner should really think about getting this things fixed. For paying almost $800 for a weekend I expected a lot more. It didn’t seem to be worth the money that I paid.

  - Upon learning of your experiences, we attempted to reach out through our management team, Evolve, and regret that our efforts to connect were not successful. Your comfort and satisfaction are incredibly important to us, and we are disheartened we could not resolve these issues during your stay.
  
  - Regarding the condition of one of the toilets upon your arrival, we are truly sorry. Our home is typically cleaned to a high standard, and it appears there was an oversight, possibly due to recent maintenance inspections, including our HVAC system. This is not the level of cleanliness we stand for, and we deeply regret this lapse.
  
  - We also apologize for the absence of the coffee pot and toaster that were advertised as this was an oversight. It appears these items were unfortunately taken by previous guests. We have since replaced both items to ensure our amenities accurately reflect our listing and meet our guests' expectations.
  
  - Discovering there was no hot water available for your shower is understandably frustrating, and we are looking into this issue promptly. It seems this may have been an unintended result of the HVAC inspection, but that does not excuse the inconvenience caused during your stay.
  
  - Ensuring our guests' security is paramount to us. We were concerned to learn the basement door lock was malfunctioning and have promptly replaced it to guarantee the safety of our guests.
  
  Please know, we are taking your feedback seriously and are implementing measures to prevent these issues from occurring in the future. We are committed to providing a high-quality stay for all our guests and regret that your experience did not meet your expectations or the standards we aim to uphold.

  The key they provide is a physical key but there is an electronic key on the door. The property manager does no know the code to the electronic lock, so if you accidentally lock yourself out you have to almost break into the home..

• beautiful views of the city on the way to the house

  Great location for our Business Seminar. The yard is a great feature. we got to have our morning coffee in the back and enjoyed some nature in the very busy city surroundings. We even saw a groundhog waddle through the neighbors yard. This house like many others in the area is very vertical so if you have stair issues this might be a problem, but we are active so it was kinda like being in a grown up tree house. Loved the big kitchen window facing the yard. Excellent coffee machine. :) The communication with the management property was all digital. E-mail and texts. I tried to reach out with text and got no response. It was not a problem text , so no real issue. Grocery store is just around the corner making it convenient. and we went to a great local restaurant Bigham Tavern on Sunday. Could use some measuring cups, a toaster , and a clothes iron.... But the Cookware and blender were great. The Loft Bedroom was a great space. And loved having 3 bathrooms to get ready.
