Huge but haunted
3/5 This rental had a lot of space…a lot of different rooms to spread out. Clean but messy, a lot of stuff sitting around with no theme. There is definitely a haunted aspect to this place, too. It’s an old school house. Something just felt off in a few rooms. Do not recommend arriving at night. There are tenants upstairs by the way. Cute family-friendly neighborhood.
1/5 air conditioning upstairs does not work well - master bath & closet was dirty hasn't been cleaned in a long time-was not informed of person living in attic-the footsteps in the middle of the night scared my daughter and we thought someone was in the house because there was no inside lock for the front door-house needs a lot of work-paid a damage fee of 75 and still waiting for a refund- don't stay here

4/5 The house was amazing, beautiful woodwork throughout, ensuite bathroom not so beautiful (tiny) but functional. Seems as though the house is being updated. Host made sure we had plenty of coffee, sodas etc.Frick Park was a great place to take the kids for an afternoon out and the neighborhood was very comfortable and walkable. Would stay there again

Shabby Frat House
3/5 Overall experience was fair. House cluttered, dusty, and “eclectic” - nothing matched - chairs, furniture, 2/3 bathrooms not updated. Well stocked with linens and kitchen necessities- would recommend for a single one night large gathering.

Carolina Bound
4/5 House was great. Only issue was we realized during the first night there were occupants on the third floor. We should have been notified that folks were staying on the third floor. I reached out to the host for confirmation the next day & never got a response. Very odd.
