5/5 Great place to stay, house was cozy and located close to downtown Philly.
House was clean and all surrounding neighbors was welcoming and friendly.
Host made our stay very welcomed and helpful in any way needed.

5/5 The house was lovely and comfortable! It took a minute to figure out the a/c, but the host was very communicative and helpful. The upstairs bathroom does have a small toilet area and a somewhat sticky door. And the area around the neighborhood feels less safe. A passerby warned us to be careful when walking. However, thankfully we and our daughters didn't have any incidents when out. Just something to be aware of. Overall the place was comfortable and we were thankful for it!

5/5 My to daughters came to Philly to chill with (me) their dad. And they loved the townhouse! It was very comfortable and very convenient! All the amenities we needed! And the area was very pleasant! Thanks so much!
