  Very Dirr y house , not enough kitchen supplies, micro vie Not working electric outlets , Problem to conect internet for cell phones. etc Good location and space inside the house . But that’s about .

  Anne the manager was GREAT. Evolve was AWESOME in taking care of the situation. Those were the only good things.

  Black mold, filthy & unwashed lines is what we got. What you see if NOT what you get. Bed situation isn't what it says, no Ping pong, a few deck chairs & poor kitchen supplies. When the handyman Kevin came he didn't tell us he was the owner when asked. I think he didn't want to deal with everything wrong we were telling him. :{

  So sad because this could be a really nice place.

  We received a call 3 hours before check in stating the window had been broken and a worker will be there fixing it and bc of that we could leave later on check out date. Only semi professional communication with property management. The home was filthy, thick dirt on steps, food on the floors, kitchen, under beds where sunflower seed shells. Silly string on the wall, no dish sponge no oven gloves, no cleaning supplies which we had to request as we spent 3 plus hours the first night cleaning. After we asked for cleaning supplies someone dropped off one bottle of soft scrub and a windex. Dead flies by a few windows, and live one’s just flying around in the end of December.. they must have loved the filth. The listing is inaccurate , there is one bed in he bunk room missing, the other bunk bed is not useable either as the ladder is broken, broken door,the fooseball table was not there when we asked the women said it was recently broken and that it’s a party house. We pointed out the listing states it is not a party house. From our group people left the first night as we were down two beds, and were cleaning and kids had to sleep on the sofas. The women we spoke to told us we can come to an agreement since we send her a slew of photos and her worker came and looked at all the issues. We left the home levels above the “clean” we walked into. She ghosted us with zero communication after her lies. It’s a shame because the house has great potential. Even the hotbed was not usable.

• Great Lake Getaway!

  The house was a great place for my friends and I to stay over Labor Day. The lake had a lot of lily pads making it difficult to swim, but we enjoyed hanging on the dock. L or in the hot tub.
