  We had a great time. The house is very nice and the location was great. It was close to a lot of places and easy to get ubers back and forth to bars. We were pretty much within 5-10 minutes of skiing at big boulder and lots of restaurants.

  A very quiet area, my family and I were very comfortable, the children had space to play. The beds were very comfortable, we loved the house.

  The house was amazing and had lots of amenities. The hot tub and fire pit were perfect for hanging out in and around. Juan and the whole evolve team were super helpful and made the stay at the house even more welcoming and cozy.

  The property was spacious but lacking alot of basic things. The restrooms are old and need major repair. The electrical outlets were not working. The place was overcrowded with alot of things but many of them are old or broken. The outside especially the hot tub was nice. The customer service by Juan was fine. Overall ok place to live but doesn't justify the price I paid for 3 nights.

  Hi Prabhjot, we're sorry to hear that your stay fell short of expectations! We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they would like to share the following:
  - The bathrooms are in working order but are in line with the rustic style of the home.
  - The outlets in the bathroom have intentionally been turned off for guest safety as to prevent the circuit from being tripped. The other outlets in the home work perfectly.
  - We apologize that the heater outside was not working, it is not available for guest use.

• Fairly Nice Property!

  My friends and I had to change houses last minute and we were fortunate enough to find this property. All things considered I would definitely come back to this property. It could use some more cleaning up around the house as a whole but wasn’t terrible. My friends and I had a good time at this house and I’d sure recommend it if your traveling with a small group.
