4/5 Loved the cute house. It was perfect for our family of 4. Kids loved the top lofted bedroom. View and loxation are great. We went to the ocean every day, and got drenched from costal rain every afternoon. It was difficult getting clothes to dry in a house that doesn't offer a dryer.

5/5 Very easy access to Yachats and Newport as well as Waldport. House is very well equipped and comfortable. The views of the sea and the bay are amazing from many spots in the house. Very quiet neighborhood. Hate to leave but will definitely come back

Beautiful place
5/5 The home is very well decorated. The views of both the Alsea River and Pacific Ocean were spectacular. Enjoyed watching the boats, crabbers and harbor seals. Would definitely stay here again!
