• The property was clean and very well equipped in the the kitchen. Plenty of bedding and towels.

  We spent our Christmas at this residence. There were seven of us, 5 adults and two children. The bedrooms were very comfortable with private bathrooms. The loft was perfect for the children. A special plus was the studio bedroom for one adult enjoying quiet time away from children. The hot tub was perfect, especially when it started to snow, magical. We utilized the sharc passes every day for sledding and swimming. We saw deer and several animal tracks in the back yard, which was very exciting for the children. What a beautiful home to spend our holidays. We hope to come back again.

• Lovely Home

  Our multi-generational family stayed here and it was perfectly suited for us. The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is because there was an appliance issue, but the owner responded immediately and was very accommodating so she gets 5 stars! We would definitely stay here again.

In this case, our guests reported an issue with the furnace and it was looked at that morning and replaced within 48 hours. Our gas fireplace became the main heat source during this time. Thank you to our recent guests of the great communication! Bottom line: if there is anything that comes up during your stay, please let us know about it immediately. We are available 24/7 to answer questions, troubleshoot, or schedule repairs (if necessary). We strive to ensure your stay is enjoyable and stress free."

• Great House and Location

  We had a great time at this house. It fit our needs and was well appointed with pretty much everything we needed and would stay here again. I prefer this side of Sunriver and this house is only a short walk or bike ride to the grocery store. Sharc passes are pretty much a must in summer if you want to float the river which we like to do.

In addition, being within a 5 minute walk to the grocery/liquor store is ideal. Happy to know you took advantage of the SHARC passes. They truly are a must for all of our guests!"

• Best trip we've ever had!

  This was the perfect headquarters for our family vacation. We are a family of 4 and the boys each brought a friend for a total of 6. There is plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and great spots for some family time in the main room, around the dining table, on the deck or in the hot tub. Morning coffee on the front porch, afternoon games of badminton & ladder ball and evenings under the stars in the hot tub. There are plenty of bikes for everyone and we were close to everything. Fort Rock park was the first stop for basketball, tennis, etc and then a short ride further to the SHARC. The North Store is very close so you don't have to go all the way to the village for any supplies. We walked to the North course if you are a golfer, but for us it was lunch at McDivots. The River Loop is very close and a great ride along the water with several benches and places just to stop and watch the rafters, tubers and paddle boarders. The home is comfortable and has everything we needed from bedding to kitchen supplies. The washer / dryer was new and very handy for 6 active people. The gas stove made meals a snap and the gas BBQ was fueled and worked great. I used the fans at night and was able to cool the house right down and keep it cool all day. We were never too hot even though it was mid-July. Communication with the owners was quick and pleasant. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a Sunriver adventure.
