An Amazing Home!
5/5 We booked for Thanksgiving weekend (Wed-Sun) 2024. We were arriving with my wife and I, my 93-yr-old mother, our daughter, son-in-law and two granddaughters and our son. We alternate Thanksgiving and Christmas with our kids (because of the other set of grandparents). The house looked like it would be a perfect fit: one level, great bedroom layout and nice living area.
We had a couple of last-minute glitches on our end of the booking that were quickly, easily and satisfactorily resolved by the property manager (Evolve) and the owner. There was a phone number to contact in case we needed anything or something was broken. We did not need to call.
When we arrived, we found the home exactly as portrayed in the listing. It was comfortable, clean and had every amenity we could ask for. There were plenty of linens (with a massive amount of extra towels in the laundry room. The beds were very comfortable. There was a good selection of spices on site as well as plenty of dish and silverware, pots and pans. The kitchen is part of a great room layout and the dishwasher was VERY quiet. The refrigerator was huge and there was even a spare refrigerator (also huge) in the garage.
The neighborhood was quiet. The bbq worked great. Our kids and grands used the hot tub and enjoyed it.
On our last day, knowing we would be asked to write a review, I polled the family about anything that wasn't up to par. There was nothing.
My 93-yr-old mom said "I want to come back here next time!"

Ladies retreat
5/5 There were 9 of us ladies, we all slept very comfortable in all the bed. The kitchen was absolutely perfect. We had so much fun relaxing in the hot tub going for bike rides swimming at the pool, we are already planning another trip next year, we may need a bigger house as so many of our friends heard what a great time we had, they want to go next time.
Spacious
5/5 Great for our family of 6 with enough room to spread out. Had all the kitchen equipment we needed, bikes and even used one of the kayaks. The patio was lovely. Might stay there again!

Great for mid sized gatherings
5/5 Our annual friends and family get together was wonderful at this address. The house is well laid out and has all the amenities you need. Great location that is off of cottonwood but a quick almost straight shot to the village and SHARC. Quiet and enjoyable neighborhood.
