Family relaxation time
5/5 We had a wonderful time walking on the beach and just spending time with family visiting family from the Portland area, driving up to estoria to see the Gooniesi's house. And the boardwalk in seaside, just generally digging in the sand on the beach, building the sandcastles with family. We were not able to make coffee due to the coffee pot being broken. But we may do with the teapot, no big deal. There there would have been a bit more hot water in the hot water tank. That would have been nice. Maybe a bigger hot water tank. We did have six people with us and steve everybody taking a shower to get the sand off kind of when the water out quickly. We loved having the washer and dryer on-site as well as the fire pit. We've really enjoyed roasting marshmallows and hot dogs to end the day.
Family new years trip
5/5 My husband and our three girls had a wonderful time at the house. Plenty of room, cozy and had all the necessities. A perfect place to listen to the winter coastal stormy weather. Thank you!

5/5 We had a wonderful time in Rockaway Beach. It was a surprise for a friend. We snuck her daughter in from Austin.
The house is great, super comfy beds and the linens are really nice.
The house is well laid out and the hot tub was a pleasant surprise.
The kitchen is well stocked but could use a better set of knives.
The neighbors were AWESOME and gifted us some freshly caught and cooked crabs.
All in all.. a pretty fabulous trip.
