Situated just 2 miles to the west of downtown Medford, this home is within convenient driving distance to adventurous outdoor activities, distinguished wineries, and numerous theaters that host some of the West Coast's best live performances.
Just a few miles to the east of downtown is Prescott Park, a popular hiking and mountain biking area with great trails, plus scenic views of the city! Drive 30 minutes north to check out the famous Table Rocks, unique rock formations with versatile plants and animals. You can hike the easier Upper Table Rock, or challenge yourself with the more difficult Lower Table Rock hike.
Take a day trip to Crater Lake National Park, just under 1.5 hours from Medford. Marvel at the deepest lake on the continent and hike breathtaking trails along the sheer cliffs surrounding Crater Lake - this is an experience you won't want to miss while vacationing in southern Oregon! Wow! The home was great, the neighborhood was peaceful, and the Evolve arrival and departure processes went smoothly . A very well cared for home.
5/5 This is a story about WOWs: a tidy and quiet neighborhood, the home was spacious, clean, stocked with everything we needed, a pleasant backyard — ready for kids to play and adults to relax. Entering through the spacious mud room, into the house, a very comfortable, everything we could want in the kitchen, the double garage had been repurposed as a game arcade for all ages: don’t worry, still parking for 3 cars, out front.
Every room was clean and orderly, but still has that welcome and relaxing vibe. The house arrival and departure instructions were reasonable, and natural for our family..
We have lots of family in the area (Ashland. Jacksonville, Medford, Eagle Point, Central Point, and Gold Hill — all easily reached by country roads, without needing the I-5.
This is a well cared for ranch-style home, we loved the owners’ attention to details, for our comfort.

Great House for Families
5/5 The house is set up perfectly for families. There's always something for the kids to do and plenty to keep the adults busy (or just relaxing) as well. The back yard is fantastic - an entertainer's dream - with a fire pit, jungle gym, cornhole, etc., etc., and even an apple tree...that we may have stole a few apples from.
The house was clean (super important) and there was everything we needed. It's close to stores and restaurants and is only a few minutes from downtown. Definitely staying here again next time we are in Medford.
Oregon Vacation
5/5 The house was extremely clean, the yard was amazing. With permission, we enjoyed all the wonder fruit available right in the backyard! The garage game room was perfect. And very much enjoyed playing all the games with my grandson. The property is beyond kid and family friendly! I really dont have any negatives. If I had to say anything it would be that the neighborhood was not the best but I didn't feel unsafe. I would book the property again.

Good Base for Crater Lake
5/5 We stayed here when we took my dad to Crater Lake. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. We did notice the water heater can't keep up with multiple guests. We had to work out a shower schedule and keep them short so we didn't have icy showers.
