The cabin was charming. IInside was like a museum with animal mounts, furs and lots of interesting stuff. It was a little far from the things we were doing like Crater Lake, Spring Creek, Wood River, but it worked for us. There was quite a bit of highway noise when we were outside, but inside we rarely heard the noise. The cabin was comfortable although we didn't do much "cooking." I think that may have been a little difficult with the set up in the kitchen. We enjoyed the outdoor cooking area with the counter and bar. An enjoyable "bonus" for me was the beautiful horses across the street. I would walk our dog over a couple times a day and feed them fresh grass from the lawn. We also took a bike ride behind the house which was nice.
We enjoyed the location near Upper Klamath Lake. The log cabin is cozy with lovely decor

The Klamath Cabin has rustic charm and many interesting antiques. It is well stocked in the kitchen with all the major supplies and appliances to make a meal. The location is easy to find and close to Lake of the Woods, Klamath Falls, and the Crater Lake entrance. The outdoor yard is very pretty and I liked the outdoor kitchen area. Lots of mosquitoes in July after dark. It is quite dark inside the cabin in the day and there is a strong musty odor. Perhaps an essential oil diffuser would help. There is no AC but a Mr. Cool system in the bedroom which really helped with the heat. It doesn't really cool the main living room though, so opening windows helped. The neighborhood is cute and well kept. There is a nice path behind the house to walk.
