Great place, but very bright
5/5 Nice place, needs some better window coverings, was hard to fall asleep and it got very warm on the 90 degree days we were there.

Problems not fixed
3/5 Stayed 4 days. Very nice apt. Problem was the GFI plug in 1 bath was tripped when we arrived and would not reset causing zero electricity in both baths. Toilet in 2nd bath leaked on floor from wax seal so I shut it off to prevent damage. Told host who said thanks. Problem is no effort made by 4 days to fix things resulting in having 2 baths with no power and only 1 toilet. A handyman could have fixed everything in 1 hour. How do you manage multiple properties and not have a handyman on speed dial. Nice place, lousy support service.

We are glad you chose our home and we apologize for any inconvenience you experienced. We did try to get our handyman out to the property once we became aware of the issues. Our handyman was unavailable on Saturday but did make it there on Sunday to address the issues and you had checked out. The concerns have been resolved and will not affect any future guests.
We do all we can to make our homes the best possible stays, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests. Thank you for your feedback.Cute and clean but bring ear plugs.
4/5 Super clean and comfortable home. Very noisy traffic location and not walkable to much other than a car wash. All together, with earplugs the home is very clean inside and out and the beds are comfortable.
