Ruined anniversary
1/5 Evolve cancelled my booking 4 HOURS before I was due to check in. They DID NOT send a notification email until AFTER I called them. I was supposed to check in at 3:00 PM and they sent the notification at 11:54 AM. We had to stay home because no other places would accept our little dog. We were celebrating our 1st Anniversary and Evolve wrecked it. The manager was very rude and didn’t want to refund ANYTHING! I should have got a 100% refund PLUS FREE FUTURE BOOKING ELSEWHERE. When they cancelled for whatever undisclosed reason they should have called me and personally informed me and assisted me in making other arrangements. I have booked with Verbo before with satisfactory results but if I see evolve on listings in the future I will not deal with those dishonest people again. Our anniversary trip was absolutely ruined and evolve is totally guilty of doing it.
5/5 Very clean little rental! Perfect location to Grand Lake! Quiet and peaceful!Check in was easy!Very nice owner who was available via text any time.The outside of property could use some TLC, but the ambiance of the little resort was quite charming!

1/5 We left early because the conditions were not what was said on the website. The kitchen had no coffee cups. The door was broken, the remotes for the tv didn’t work. We found several bugs in the bed and the mattress sagged in the middle. The owner was very nice but it was not what we thought we were getting.

5/5 We met up with friends that live in the area and had a wonderful time. Staying at this place was close to all the activity. The owner is very friendly and good host.
