Very difficult to find entrance. Multiple entrance doors & the actual entrance has a different street name & number at the door. Then the key box wouldn’t open. Had to call and wait for maintenance man to come open it.
Front room entrance is super tight with useless tall table & chairs making front hall very narrow. Sectional was ripping at the seams. Also, very hot in the living room all the time. We found a baby sock, used dental floss and other debris under the ottoman, so clearly it had not been cleaned well.
Bathroom door was very difficult to close. One bedroom door would not latch or stay shut.
Beds were quite stiff. No top sheets to go between comforter and us. The bed my daughter slept on didn’t have any barrier (mattress pad) between sheet & mattress. Ew. And her mattress was so cheap and uncomfortable, just like all of the bedding. We were provided with less than 2 rolls of toilet paper for 4 days, so of course we ran out.
Wi-Fi stopped working half way through our stay and was never fixed. Made working very difficult for my husband.
Upon departing, I was checking to make sure we didn’t leave anything behind. I looked in the drawers of the room where my daughter was sleeping and found some personal items; shorts, undershirts, underwear, toiletries, etc that were for an adult man. There was a bag full of SEX TOYS. I was absolutely DISGUSTED! Can’t imagine if a child had found this!!!! Or touched them!!!!
More proof that this property is not cleaned! AVOID!!!!!

Very cute and nice inside. Seems recently remodeled. Rooms all spacious and clean. Items provided were very thoughtful. Difficult to find. Address on house doesn't match listing. Instructions to gain access to house were incomplete and required calling property manager who was very prompt in returning my call. However I was not pleased I had to look around house for about 20 minutes find the right door, trying to gain access and talk to the property manager as this is a rough neighborhood, with a burned out houses, 2 homes over and across the street. Not the neighborhood I wanted to be walking around a house looking for access in the dark. Looks like quite a number of empty houses being renovated and should a nice neighborhood in the near future. Very close to downtown Dayton.
