  This house is nice for a large group. It has a nice big kitchen as well as a very nice deck. The fire pit is also really nice. One of the outdoor lights was out and we had to contact the property manager about it. She answered right away and sent someone over the same day to fix it. The only thing to note is that the bathrooms are very small.

• Great place just down the road from Windham.

  Perfect house for multi family ski trip to Windham. Large kitchen was great for big dinners. Kids had an absolute blast. Only thing is I think there are only 16 beds, not 17 - it’s a twin trundle bed not a full.

• Nice home a few issues

  We stayed for 3 nights. Place was nice. Kitchen couldve been better stocked. Tea kettle was full of mold and unusable. Hot tub was not clean, had cloudy water and grime, so we didnt use. Washer and dryer were available but no laundry detergent was available. Otherwise, property was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay

  Hi Catherine, we’re so glad you enjoyed the stay, but we’re sorry other aspects fell short of expectations. After sending your feedback to the owner, they’d like to share the following:
  
  -Please rest assured the hot tub is thoroughly cleaned and shocked after each checkout. When it’s drained and refilled, the water may appear cloudy due to the town’s water, but it’s always cleaned beforehand.
  
  -The staining in the tea kettle is from the iron in the town water, despite being cleaned with Brillo pads. We understand how it may appear discolored, so we provide Brillo pads, dish cloths, and dish soap for guests to use as needed.
  
  -We apologize for the missing laundry detergent, which is typically stocked. The kitchen includes twenty sets of dishes, utensils, and glassware and more. If anything was missing or needed, we’re happy to assist.

  Beautiful clean location. Receptive hostess. The hot tub was dirty so didn’t use. No major glitches.

• Perfect House and Walking distance to town!

  The weather was beautiful and the view of the mountain slopes in the backyard is perfect. All of the beds have white sheets and down comforters. It is obvious the house is cleaned and well taken care of. Plenty of towels, extra sheets, and pillows. We had a great time with all of our friends and will definitely be back. The property manager was great and came right over when we couldn't figure out how to change the hot tub.
