5/5 I really love the beach theme and the view from the top floor of our bedroom. The fire pit is really nice with a private backyard for my family to make stores. Very spacious in the living room to play board games on the floor. The host was very hospitable

5/5 We had a fantastic stay! The location is incredible. The kitchen contained everything we needed, which made cooking for our family a breeze. The host, Carrie, was incredibly gracious, responsive, and answered our questions. She went way beyond to make our week comfortable and enjoyable. A truly seamless experience.

5/5 I recently had a great stay at Carrie’s apartment. It was newly updated with fresh paint and new flooring and there was a hot tub available for guest use. The apartment was clean and appointed with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The owner, Carrie, was attentive and available for any concerns that came up.
The location is highly convenient as it is just a few minutes from Downtown Rochester, with quick access to routes to the rest of the metro area. I would absolutely recommend this rental and will definitely return on my next visit to Rochester.
