  I recently had a great stay at Carrie’s apartment. It was newly updated with fresh paint and new flooring and there was a hot tub available for guest use. The apartment was clean and appointed with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The owner, Carrie, was attentive and available for any concerns that came up.

  The location is highly convenient as it is just a few minutes from Downtown Rochester, with quick access to routes to the rest of the metro area. I would absolutely recommend this rental and will definitely return on my next visit to Rochester.

  The home was very and the host offered amazing communication. For the price paid it was an amazing value. I am planning a return trip in the spring. This host will definitely be getting my first consideration on a place to stay.

  Connie was fantastic. However…the whole place needs a deep cleaning. Shower curtain was covered in soap scum. Dirty walls can be taken care of by painting. Everything should be wiped down. Trash can was filthy. Sorry for the bad review but others need to know. Will not stay there again. Linens were old.
