- The address is correct; however, please note that the condo is located on Kearney Avenue.

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code is 1688
- To unlock the door (retract bolt), enter the door code into the keypad, then rotate the thumbturn away from the door edge
- To lock the door (extend bolt), press the Schlage button, then rotate the thumbturn towards the door edge
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 11:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take the trash out to the bins in Parking Area E. The trash compactor code is 6342
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking or vaping of any kind
- No pets allowed
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

INTERNET INSTRUCTIONS:
- Instructions for connecting to the wireless internet network can be found inside the unit upon arrival

- The access code for the community pool and hot tub is 2121
- Please do not remove any items or furniture from the patio

PARKING:
- 1 vehicle can be parked in the community lot directly outside the condo
- Overflow parking is also available in Parking Area B on a first-come, first-served basis
