Super quiet location in an older neighborhood. Felt like an authentic Santa Fe experience. Beds were very comfortable and the little house was well-stocked in bath and kitchen including some good coffee. Ice trays in freezer. Were able to enjoy the courtyard in the morning since it didn’t rain. Cracked the windows for passive cooling in early September. Did not use gas heater or evaporative cooler since was comfortable without it and the use of ceiling fans. Lots of tables, chairs and places to spread out. Convenient to downtown and railway area. Fun outdoor brewery not too far and we enjoyed strolling the neighborhood. Very spacious for 2 people. Would stay agan!

First the good part...the location is excellent. Was easy walking to Santa Fe Plaza, about 1/2 mile. The unit is tucked back in a dead-end courtyard, so it's very quiet & private. Off street parking was a bonus. The downside is that it's a very tiny unit. The listing says it sleeps 3 or 4 people, but I was very glad we were just a party of 2. Trying to have 4 people relax & enjoy the living area would have been uncomfortably tight. The photos are over-generous in their depiction of size. The property is an older one, and while its condition was certainly acceptable, some cosmetic issues could use a freshening up. For example, the caulk in the tub/shower was stained & due for a replacement.

The property was close to the plaza, restaurants, museums, etc. It was very clean and comfortable. We had a marvelous time and will stay here again in the future!

My family and I had a wonderful time in this special space. Anna was quick and helpful with her responses. The place was very clean and well stocked. The location was perfect for our family who likes to walk, including to downtown, to Whole Foods, and to the Railyard area. The included parking spot was also very convenient when we were ready to head out hiking - if you have children, the Audubon Society area just beyond Canyon Road is a must. We would return to this casita on a future trip for sure!
