Clean & spacious
5/5 The property was perfect for our baseball tournament. We had enough room for a few of us that stayed together. The kids loved the basketball court in the back and the foosball table.

5/5 Stay was good, only issue hot water ran out pretty quickly. After one shower we had to wait to let water warm up. Otherwise we had a comfortable stay.

Ruidoso Stay
4/5 Overall, property was nice, clean, and good centralized home. Give the rental overall 4 out of 5. Here are a couple of items that would have made it a 5 out 5. Only left us with 2 trash bags for 4 days with 9 people. Not enough towels or toilet paper. The outside grill was not clean and didnt have a brush to clean it. A couple of the chairs were too loose to sit on, also foosball table handles kept coming off. Thanks
