5/5 Great place to stay on the mountain. Quiet but not far from town. Wildlife viewing, full kitchen, and enough beds for a full family. Very clean and everything is easy to use.

Great property, thoughtful owners
5/5 This place exceeded our expectations. It's in a great location that balances peace and quiet with easy access to the rest of Ruidoso. We loved the comfortable beds, the well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms, and the view from the large deck. Especially impressive were the fresh-ground coffee and other extras like hot chocolate and candies left by the owners for us to enjoy. The rules and instructions were clear enough that we never needed to reach out to the guest contact. Would absolutely rent this place again.
