    We had a great stay over Presidents’ Day weekend.

    Pros:

    1. Condo building is two blocks from ski area; a 10 minute walk or use the shuttle stop right in the parking lot!

    2. Condo is newly renovated, very clean and bright.

    3. Owner is very responsive, we had a small hiccup the first morning but were able to get it resolved quickly and it did not affect our stay.

    4. Never ran out of hot water!!! We have stayed at several condos in AF and we always have issues with spacing out showers to have enough hot water.

    Cons:

    1. No elevator in building B, not a huge issue but be prepared to haul bags and groceries up 3 flights of stairs.

    2. The fridge is on the smaller size, not a problem, just for awareness.

    3. The WiFi was slow in the evenings. I’m sure it’s because usage was up.

    Overall a great stay and would choose this condo again!

    Centrally located, clean, perfect for it little family get away. Just remember you're on the third floor, stair access only at 8k feet elevation. Your lungs will get a workout. Overall we will book again

    This is the most well stocked property we have ever stayed in Angel Fire! So many details were thought of and we had everything we needed and more. Owner and management were both available for any issues. Condo was ready and clean upon arrival. Parking is a breeze! This property is close to the resort and lifts. I would caution anyone who doesn't do stairs well, but our group had zero issues. Nice, quiet space for a family getaway!
