    Property host had great communication. I had a question of the operation of the oven and the host immediately solved the issue. However, this property is tired and frankly the condo needs a major cleaning along with a change of carpet. Also, the deck was so dirty that we could not even sit outside and the screen door to the deck had a major tear allowing insects to enter the house.

    - We rely on a professional cleaning team after each stay and were surprised to hear about your experience. We're sorry it fell short and will follow up to make sure our standards are consistently met.
    - We weren't aware of the tear in the screen door, and it’s being taken care of, so future guests won’t run into the same issue.
    - While we do our best to keep the deck swept, it’s exposed to the elements and can collect debris quickly—we’ll explore options to help keep it more guest-ready between cleanings.

    We had a wonderful experience at this rental. The location is extremely convenient. Located near bus lines and within walking distance of the resort if desired. The house was well stocked and had everything we needed. My family and I loved it!!

    The condo was wonderful with many amenities as well as a book full of all the information you'd need. Would definitely stay again. Close to the village & to the shops. Shuttle bus came just 1/2 a black from our door (And sometimes brought us all the way to the door too!)
