2/5 While the unit itself was spacious, there were many issues that made the space barely livable. There were cobwebs and bugs/spiders crawling all over the unit. The towels and sheets were old and didn't seem washed, at least not recently. The hot water in the second bathroom shower didn't work. The mattresses were very old and springy, which made it difficult to sleep restfully. Overall the cleanliness was poor and all 4 of us (kids included) kept sneezing and had to take allergy medication. The thermostat also kept resetting to 60 so we had to wake up in the middle of the night to put the temperature back up since it was cold.The owner was responsive initially but then stopped.
