2/5 The pictures of the property were taking by a wonderful photographer, as the property did not look like pictures. The property was not clean and is poorly maintained. There was even a random old broom laying on the porch. Most furniture seems to be salvaged. When there is mildew growing in the shower handle, it is time to replace. The shower curtain wasn't even properly placed on the hooks. The beds were very hard. The ceiling is paper thin and you hear everything from the above apartment.

Just Right
4/5 We went this house in November. We fit 2 kids(1 room), my MIL(2nd room), my dog, and my wife and myself (3rd room). House has an eat in kitchen and a small family room. Each room had its own thermostat for hear. For dog owners - the backyard is not entirely enclosed, but that wasn't an issue for us. It's a 5 minute walk to the beach and my kids loved looking for seashells. It's well located on the Southern Shore of NJ and perfect for as a center for activity. Communication (email and text) with host was quick and easy. Defintely recommend.

Perfect Location
4/5 We really enjoyed our stay here, the kitchen was fully stocked and there was more than enough room for all of us. Only complaint is that it could have been a bit cleaner but overall this was a great location and place to stay. We’d definitely come back.
