- Your safety matters. This property features a Ring doorbell device with an exterior security camera located at the main entrance of the building facing the front outdoor entry. The camera does not look into any interior spaces. The camera records video and sound when activated by motion
- There is a 2nd bedroom that is locked and restricted to guests

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The building and unit are accessible via keyless entry
- Once you are facing 131 Hopkins, there are two doors. The door on the right leads to a stairwell
- Do not press and engage any Ring or Blink doorbell cameras. They will alert long-term residents of the building
- To access the stairwell door on the right, enter the code 896, then press and hold the unlock button on the bottom left corner of the keypad. You might need to twist with some force the sticky door handle back and forth to turn the door handle
- Head up the stairs to the 2nd floor. On your right, look for the door that says 'Welcome'. The code to this door of the apartment will be the last 4 digits of the phone number used on your Evolve reservation
- Press and hold the ‘TEEHO’ button again to lock this door. The combination lock is all you need to lock and unlock the apartment door
- Be a good neighbor, lock the street-facing stairwell door by turning the lock bar on the door handle after entry
- Note: Later on, when you are exiting to the street, press the lock button on the keypad to lock the stairwell door
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any questions or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Dispose of trash in garbage
- Rinse cans and containers and separate recyclables into groups
- Plan on proper recycling practices as set by City of New Jersey
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors; to lock the door, press and hold the top 'TEEHO' button until you hear the lock engage
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- The best time to find parking is earlier in the day, before 5:00 PM
- The 'Tow-Away Zone' 4-hour parking limit signage requiring a zone 16 permit seems to be a legacy policy. It does not appear to be enforced anymore in the 131 Hopkins general area at this time
