I traveled to Atlantic City with a group of ten guys for a golf and casino trip! The house was spacious and very clean when we arrived. The owners were very responsive to any questions that were asked leading up and during our stay, which made it a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend booking this house for a large group as it is close to the boardwalk, casino, and the beach!
This was the second time staying and we absolutely loved the place. Great fenced in yard for the dogs to have some outside time to stretch and play, right across from the board walk made for easy access for walks and bike rides. House is very well maintained and clean.

From the owner: "Thanks so much for coming back-we appreciate you! So glad you enjoyed your stay! Hope the tournament was great too!"
the home was very nice and had good amenities. It was close to entertainment and to watch the marathon race.
I specifically asked about proximity to the beach and was told it was right across the street. The reality is the beach is a good 1/2 mile away and when you are disabled, it is a problem. The windows in the house were filthy and the floor of the outdoor shower was disgusting There was also no place in the bed rooms to unpack your clothes. A dresser would have been nice in the master bedroom. The other disconcerting thing about this house was the surrounding neighborhoods which caused problems when trying to take a 3 year old to the playground. Although the house was roomy and accommodated my family, the neighborhood was sketchy at best.

From the owner: "Mitchell, thank you for staying with us. We are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your visit.
- We are sorry to hear that the cleanliness of our home was not to your standards. We wish you had mentioned these issues to us during your stay, we would have done everything we could to resolve them immediately so that you could enjoy the home. While we spoke to the guest often throughout their stay, we were not notified of many of these issues.
- Our property is exactly as pictured and not misrepresented. We are sure to communicate with guests that the water is across the street, however, the beach access is either approximately .2 of a mile to a smaller beach or approximately .4 of a mile to the larger beach.
- We are sorry you found our windows and shower to be unkept. Maintaining them may be challenging due to the proximity to the water (directly across the street) and we do need to address that concern. We have empty end tables, a bench, and a large closet with hangers in the primary bedroom; a closet with hangers in the bunk room; 2 (empty) end tables, a large closet with hangers, and a bench with storage in the queen room; and a closet in the game room which also has a pull-out couch; so, storage for clothes and personal items is available. We are sorry if you may have missed this.
- This is the second time that a reviewer has mentioned the neighborhood possibly being 'scary'. The community is warm, friendly, and made up of different races matching the demographics of Atlantic City. Our property is located in the Northside of Atlantic City, a historically Black neighborhood. We feel this adds to the attraction of our neighborhood and have found that there is so much to see and learn about historically black neighborhoods. Diversity is important to us and we strive for our property to embody inclusivity. We want everyone to be respectful of the community and all its many walks of life.
We do all we can to make our homes the best possible stays, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests. Thank you for your feedback, and we hope to host you again!"
It was group of 9 celebrating my brother in-law' bday. The house was great I'm that it gave us space to reconnect and celebrate. We did have a hiccup with the air conditioning but the host did everything in his power to fix it.
