It was good
5/5 We enjoyed the location. It was centrally located to everything. Neighboring condo had tv surround sound that would vibrate our condo all day/night. And the pictures showed a tv in one bedroom which wasn’t the case and was a little disappointing but otherwise, nice place to stay. Oh and for a family of 4, more toilet paper would be great.

Great Location for Franconia SP touring
5/5 The condo was everything we needed for a 5 night stay. Located just outside the state park boundary on Route 3, it provides quick and easy access to and from numerous hiking trails and other attractions. The condo's furnishings are dated but not shabby and all is well-maintained and clean. Fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer combo. Only lacking A/C for the warm days but ceiling fans and a breeze box fan kept the temperature inside moderated. Would definitely considered staying here again.
Excellent Stay
5/5 Location is excellent. Close to alot of things to do. The owners of the unit were very responsive and gave us great advice on attractions and places to eat. Our little one loved the bunk bed. Beds were super comfortable. The condo was extremely clean. The pool area we didn't get a chance to use much due to the weather but when we did my little one enjoyed it.
We will definitely be back next year.
