  Cute property but felt a little cramped for our family of 10. The walls to the connecting unit are paper thin and we could clearly hear their conversations and kept many people awake until the early hours of the next morning, for that we would not rent again. We spoke to the neighbors and they were better the next night, but we could still clearly hear them.

  Hi Tyler, we’re glad to hear that you thought the property was cute. We want our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we apologize you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
  - This is the first time we have had a complaint about the space, we have plenty of room for 10 people to stay without feeling cramped or comfortable. The home is very spacious with 4 bedrooms, a sleeping loft, 2 living rooms, and 2 kitchens we have lots of space to spread out.  
  - We have not had any complaints about noise from the neighbors. We have a 10:00 pm non-disturbance policy and if you had let us know we would have been happy to reach out and let the owners of that unit know. We both take this very seriously and they would have done something to help. We have added 3 white noise machines for the bedrooms that will not only help with the noise from our unit but also assist if the neighbors get too loud. We wish you had contacted us with this issue so that we could help you out.
  
  We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!

  We stayed here for 2 nights, 3 days with family, 3 couples two teens. Plenty of space for everyone. Beautiful deck with a grill, comfortable rooms and beds. 2 and 1/2 bathrooms. We enjoyed the community pools and hot tubs. The location is excellent. We enjoyed hanging out together in the spacious living rooms. The owner was very responsive with questions. We were all so sad to leave.

  This was our second year staying here and we will continue to come back! The house is plenty spacious (we went with 2 families, 4 adults and 5 kids), clean and conveniently located.

  Loved the unit. Worked great for my family. We did try to dry the beach towel after swimming, and the dryer just left them damp.
