5/5 Great location in Guilford. On Lake Winnipesaukee with it's own private beach and waterfront access, it's ideal. Pool is gorgeous and overlooks the lake. There are tennis and baskeball courts and plenty of space to do a morning walk. Across the street from this development is Elacoya Barn & Grille and you can walk there for dinner or take out. You are just a couple of miles from grocery store and modern conveniences and a short drive to Laconia, Merideth and Moultonbourough.
