5/5 3/5 Overall it was great. It was cozy once the house heated up and beautiful. One of the reasons for 4 star is the temperature of the house was 55 degrees when you arrive. It is a smart thermostat so they could have it warmer for when you arrive. They tell you to turn the heat down when you leave but it turns down automatically at checkout-10:00. The outside smelled like sewer. It was stocked well with pots and pans but hard to find one we felt comfortable using since they were all scratched, burnt, or worn out. They need new pans. The rooms were spacious and thankfully, there were plenty of blankets.

The heat is typically set to 55 degrees for each guest. Occasionally, guests check in later than expected, and the temperature may have been adjusted by previous visitors. The system warms the cabin quickly, so most guests find it comfortable soon after arrival.
Regarding the pots and pans, the kitchen is generally well-stocked, and when last inspected, all items were clean and in good condition. We will review them again to ensure everything remains in proper order. We are confident in their quality and usability, as we have not received similar concerns from other guests.
As for the occasional odors, there are no sewers in the town, and any scents are typically related to natural plumbing systems or local water sources. We take care to maintain the property and ensure it is clean and comfortable for our guests.
