  Large condo, very clean. Wifi was strong. Very handy having washer and dryer after a wet and muddy day hiking! Great and prompt communication with owner. Incredible view and sunsets from balcony!

  Condo was clean and had gorgeous views! Great proactive outreach from the property owner prior to arrival with access information, TVs in each bedroom with streaming services and seamless wifi connection. Space was ample, beds were comfortable. Furniture is older and couches are well worn but fine for a short stay. Could definitely use new pillows on the beds, or bring your own. A few items of note: upon arrival, carpet did not appear to have been vacuumed, but vacuum was easily accessible in bedroom closet. Carpet is well worn and stained in many places but otherwise felt clean. There was also a load of clean laundry still in the dryer, and a load of clean dishes in the dishwasher. Could not get dishwasher to close fully, so we did not use it. The bathrooms only had one towel in each, but more were in the dryer and closet. Only one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and one roll of paper towels in the kitchen, so we did need to purchase more during our stay, as well as a sheet pan since none were in supply- not a problem, and we left it there for future use! The deck and electric griddle were great, although removing the broken deck chairs stacked up in the corner would make it more spacious. There was a hornets nest inside the patio umbrella, so we did not use that. No a/c but there was a portable unit in the living room- we did not use- good breeze with open windows. Overall a great stay, perhaps just in need of some updates.

  This well located condo has everything you need for a really comfortable stay, clean, well equipped and it comes with a breathtaking view.I'd really like to come back during summer. Derek beeing so welcoming and very reactive to any enquire, you can tell it's important to him that you have the best experience.

• Beautiful Views and Central Location!

  The location couldn’t be beat. Easy to access the best of North Conway and all the sites. The view from the big porch was amazing and definitely a highlight. Great for sunrises, sets and star gazing. Otherwise it was clean and efficient. Highly recommend!
